THE HYBRID TROLLEY THAT COMBINES TRAY AND PLATE SERVICE
Designed for bulk and/or individualized trays distribution, the COMBI adapts to the meal service constraints of medical and social establishments, in particular to short-stay services such as Maternity, Oncology and Outpatient departments.
With a capacity of 60 meals, the COMBI is also equipped with ELECTRO CALORIQUE Groupe’s unique heating technology, the “thermocontact”, and ensures that hot preparations are brought back to the right temperature without drying out the food. The trolley has a heated top to keep the multi-portion serving trays warm. On the cooling side, 3 cooling technologies enable to meet the transport or space constraints of medical-social establishments, hospitals, EHPAD or even clinics: cooling by glycol water, CO² or ventilated cooling.
