The RESTISELF is a modular trolley with multiple options that can be adapted to the environments of all medical and social establishments. It’s designed to serve meals by the plate, for hot, cold or frozen distribution processes. Easy to handle and ergonomic, its design can be customized to blend in with the environment of any dining room. Equipped with the unique ELECTRO CALORIQUE Groupe heating technology, “the thermocontact”, the RESTISELF ensures that hot preparations are brought back to the right temperature without drying out the food and maintains at the same time the right heat thanks to its precise thermal regulation. The trolley also has a heated top to keep the serving trays warm. On the cooling side, 3 cooling technologies allow to meet the transport or space constraints of medical and social establishments, hospitals, nursing homes or clinics: cooling by glycol water, CO² or ventilated cooling.
