As the main meal of the day, breakfast must be completed and adapted to everyone.
Fully modular, the breakfast trolleys have a capacity of 20 to 60 GN1/2 trays. The compartments can be isothermal or refrigerated independently. They can also have specific accessories in order to cope with your service: telescopic drawers, folding tables, menu holders, sorting separator bins, trash bag holders. In order to make it easier to set up the tray for each guest, the trolley work surface is less than 1 meter, and its galleries can be on 2 or 3 sides of the trolley. In terms of design, the trolleys have glass doors for an easier identification of the elements and have a standard decoration.

Distributing breakfasts in health care facilities such as hospitals and nursing homes is often a tedious task. Going back and forth from the kitchen to the customers tables or each resident’s or patient’s room takes time and energy.
In order to simplify the management of breakfast service, ELECTRO CALORIQUE designed its breakfast trolleys so they are fully modular, which facilitates the service of the first meal of the day in all types of institutions.
